Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Mashed Potatoes
- 2 Cups GF Stuffing (I used Sunstart Stuffing Mix)
- 1 Cup Water or Chicken Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Cup Shredded Turky (I used Bens Meats Smoked Chicken Breasts)
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1/4 Cup GF Bread Crumbs (I used Paneriso Gf Bread Crumbs)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
- Make your stuffing as the package directs you to.
- While your stuffing is getting made mix in a bowl your mashed potatoes, turkey or chicken, parmesan cheese, beaten egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
- Once your stuffing is done add it to your mixture.
- Form the mixture into balls about one inch around.
- Place on baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, until the balls are cooked through and browned.
- Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce to amplify the flavour.
Subsitutions:
- You can use rotisserie chicken instead of turkey to make your meal easier!
Notes:
- This meal is a great way to use your leftovers or to have a appetizers for a special event.
Storage:
- They last about 2-3 days after made.
