Prep Time: 10 Min Cook Time: 10-12 Min Total Time: 22 Min
Ingredients:
- 3 GF Tortillas (I used the Toufayan brand from Bens Meats)
- 1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (From Bens Meats)
- 2 Slices of Old Fashioned Deli Ham (From Bens Meats)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 6 Eggs (From Bens Meats) (1 Egg Per Egg Bite)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees F.
- Grab a muffin tin and spray your muffin tin with cooking spray to ensure your egg bites easy removal.
- Now take your three tortillas and roll them loosely place them over your muffin tin and using sissors cut them to align with the top of your muffin tin. (Reference Video Below)
- Now scramble your eggs and add slat and pepper to your eggs before pouring them into the muffin tins with the tortillas.
- Grab some shredded cheese and dices deli ham and layer them on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the egg is set in the middle.
- Serve!
Notes:
- To make your egg bite more custom you can add peppers, onion, different spices or sauces.
Storing:
- You can make these in advance and store them in the fridge or freezer just store in an air tight container.
