Prep Time: 20 Min Cook Time: 20 Min Total Time: 40 Min Temp: 350 Degrees F
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Ground Beef (Got From Bens Meats)
- 1 Packet of Taco Seasoning (I used Siete brand form Bens Meats)
- 1 Can of 10oz Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilli
- 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8oz of Ranch Dressing
- 2-3 GF Wraps (I used Toufayan brand from Bens Meats)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F
- Cook the beef in a large pan until it is no longer pink and cooked through. Make sure to break the ground beef into pieces as you do so.
- Prepare your Taco shells. Cut large circles out of your tortillas and put them into a greased muffin tin. Push the Tortillas down into the tin and fold some of the edges if you have to, to form them into a cup shape.
- Bake the tortilla cups for approximately 7-10 Minutes. They should be firm when you pull them out of the oven.
- Drain any excess water or moisture from the pan with your beef and add your tomatoes and Taco seasoning. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Prepare your topping and mix the cheddar cheese and ranch.
- Add the cheese mixture to your meat mixture.
- Fill up your Tortillas with the mixture and cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Pull out of the oven and serve!
Storing:
- Leftovers last 3 days in the fridge. For optimal storage put your ground beef mixture in a seperate container and your tortilla cups separate as well. Then fill your tortilla cups when you want to reheat and serve.
