Ingredients:
- 1 Cup BBQ Sauce (I used Get Sauced Chicken and Rib Sauce from Bens Meats)
- 2 1/2 Cups of Smoked Pulled Chicken (Got from Bens Meats)
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 3 Cups of Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 8 Sliced of Bacon Cooked and Diced (Got from Bens Meats)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- Green Onion for Garnish
Directions:
- Get your slow cooker prepped and ready.
- Add all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese, and mix and put in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for two hours stirring occasionally.
- Top with the rest of cheese and green onion and serve.
Subsitutions:
- You can use rotisserie chicken instead of smoked chicken.
Notes:
- This meal easy to make in advance for any events and can be prepped in advance and turned on closer to serving time.
Storage:
- They last about 3-4 days after made.
