Ingredients:
- 1Ib Sirloin Steak Cut Up (Got this from Bens Meats)
- GF Wraps (I used Toufayan GF Wraps from Bens Meats)
- 1 Large Onion Diced
- 3 Bell Peppers
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 2-3 Tablespoons of Taco Seasoning (I used the GF Macamayas Brand from Bens Meats)
- 1 Lime
- Salsa (For serving)
- Cilantro Leaves (For serving)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees F and prep your sheet pan with tinfoil or with cooking spray.
- Place the steak in the middle of the pan with the diced onions on one side and bell peppers on the other.
- Drizzle with your oil everythign on the sheet pan and also coat everything with the taco seasoning.
- Make sure everythign is evenly coated before placing in the oven and cooking for about 12-15 min. (Cook until you get your desired doneness)
- Squeeze Lime over everything and serve immediately over your tortillas with desired toppings.
Notes:
- You can add more vegetables or sauces to make it more customized to your tastes.
Storage:
- Leftovers last 3 days in the fridge with the vegetables in one container and the meat packed seperately for the best quality
