GF Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

Prep Time: 10 Min     Cook Time: 12-15Min   Total Time:  25 Min    Temp:400 Degrees F

Ingredients:

  • 1Ib Sirloin Steak Cut Up (Got this from Bens Meats)
  • GF Wraps (I used Toufayan GF Wraps from Bens Meats)
  • 1 Large Onion Diced
  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Taco Seasoning (I used the GF Macamayas Brand from Bens Meats)
  • 1 Lime
  • Salsa (For serving)
  • Cilantro Leaves (For serving)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees F and prep your sheet pan with tinfoil or with cooking spray.
  2. Place the steak in the middle of the pan with the diced onions on one side and bell peppers on the other.
  3. Drizzle with your oil everythign on the sheet pan and also coat everything with the taco seasoning.
  4. Make sure everythign is evenly coated before placing in the oven and cooking for about 12-15 min. (Cook until you get your desired doneness)
  5. Squeeze Lime over everything and serve immediately over your tortillas with desired toppings.

 

 

Notes:

  • You can add more vegetables or sauces to make it more customized to your tastes.

Storage:

  • Leftovers last 3 days in the fridge with the vegetables  in one container and the meat packed seperately for the best quality
