Ingredients:
- 8oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup hot chocolate mix (I used silly cow hot chocolate mix)
- 7.5oz marshmallow fluff
- 8oz of whipped cream topping
- Mini marshmallows (for topping)
- GF Cookies or fruit for dipping (I used K-Toos and Kritters)
Directions:
- With a mixer beat the cream cheese until its smooth.
- Add the hot chocolate mix a little at a time to mix it in smoothly.
- Mix in the marshmallow fluff then fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
- Garnish with marshmallows then serve.
Substituions:
- You can use any kind of hot chocolate mix to incorporate new flavours. (Bens Meats carries varying flavours like salted caramel, chocolate marshmallow swirl, java chip)
- You can top with other garnishes like hot fudge, chocolate chips, candy canes ect.
Notes:
- You can add flavours with extracts
- Can use other dippers such as: marshmallows, pretzels, cake pieces, brownies and donuts.
Storage:
- Can be frozen. Thawed in the fridge overnight and taken out an hour before serving.
- Can be left in the fridge for 3 days prior to serving.
