Ingredients:

• 8oz cream cheese softened
• 1 cup hot chocolate mix (I used silly cow hot chocolate mix)
• 7.5oz marshmallow fluff
• 8oz of whipped cream topping
• Mini marshmallows (for topping)
• GF Cookies or fruit for dipping (I used K-Toos and Kritters)

Directions:

1. With a mixer beat the cream cheese until its smooth.
2. Add the hot chocolate mix a little at a time to mix it in smoothly.
3. Mix in the marshmallow fluff then fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
4. Garnish with marshmallows then serve.

Substituions:

• You can use any kind of hot chocolate mix to incorporate new flavours. (Bens Meats carries varying flavours like salted caramel, chocolate marshmallow swirl, java chip)
• You can top with other garnishes like hot fudge, chocolate chips, candy canes ect.

Notes:

• You can add flavours with extracts
• Can use other dippers such as: marshmallows, pretzels, cake pieces, brownies and donuts.

Storage:

• Can be frozen. Thawed in the fridge overnight and taken out an hour before serving.
• Can be left in the fridge for 3 days prior to serving.
