Ingredients:
- 1Ib Chicken Breasts ( I got this from Bens Meats)
- 1 Cup Marinara (I used Daves Gourmet Brand From Bens Meats)
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 4 Cup of Chicken Broth (I used Imagine Organic Brand from Bens Meats)
- 1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Cups Of Gf Pasta of Your Choice (I used Jovial Speghetti about 3/4 of the package from Bens Meats)
Directions:
- Put the Chicken Breasts into your crockpot with the marinara sauce, seasoning, garlic cloves, and the chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on high for about 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked about 30 minutes prior to the timer being up, remove your chicken from the pot.
- Shredd the chicken in a seperate bowl and add it back to the crock pot.
- Add your pasta to the crock pot and cook on high stiring every so often for 30 mintutes.
- Once the pasta is cooked add your cheese’s and let it melt before mixing it all toegether. (I cook again on high for about 5 min to melt the cheese)
- Add any garnishes you desire and serve!
Storage:
- Leftovers last 3-4 days in the fridge
- This meal freezes well.
