Prep Time: 5 Min Cook Time: 17 Min Total Time: 23 Min Temp: 400 Degrees F
Ingredients:
- Ariel Puffed Pastry Sheets (I got this from Bens Meats)
- 1/4 Cup of Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F.
- Once your puffed pastry is thawed cut one sheet of puffed pastry into 8 small strips.
- Bake on a cooking sheet in the oven for about 17 min until slightly golden in color.
- Mix your cinnamon and sugar together.
- Once done use a baking brush and brush on some melted butter onto the cooked puffed pastry.
- Spoon over top the cinnamon sugar and serve!
Notes:
- One sheet of puffed pastry makes about 8 smaller churros.
- Thaw the puffed pastry by leaving out at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Make sure to pull them out of the package to thaw.
- You could easily drizzle melted chocolate on top to make this treat even tastier!
Storage:
- Leftovers last about 2 days give or take after making.
- To thaw the crust you can put it in the fridge overnight or about 12 hours before use OR you can leave out at room temperature for about 8 to 10 hours.
