Prep Time: 10 Min     Cook Time: 30 Min    Total Time:  10 Min    Temp: 350 Degree F

Ingredients:

  • Namaste Brownie Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 1.5 Cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 Cup of Oil
  • Natures Path GF Corn Flakes

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
  2. Follow instructions on the brownie box mix and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Cool the brownies until the brownies are not warm anymore. Then break the brownies apart so you are able to form them into ovals.
  4. Stick the cornflakes into the brownies so that they are in a pattern similar to pinecones.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and a tablespoon of oil. Make sure to stir it every 30 seconds to prevent burning and the chocolate seperating.
  6. Put the brownies on parchment paper and a baking sheet. Spoon on the melted chocolate and spread it around with a pastry brush to cover the whole surface of the pinecones.
  7. Cool in the fridge until the chocolate is firm. Then add powdered sugar at the end to make them look frosty and seasonal.

Substituions:

  • You can use any kind of chocolate for new flavours.
  • You can use almonds instead of cornflakes to make the pinecone shape.

Notes:

  • This recipe made about 10 brownies dependant on the size that you make them.
