Prep Time: 15 Min     Cook Time: 15 Min    Total Time: 30 Min     Temp: 375 Degrees F

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box of GF Breaded Chicken Strips (I used the Flamingo brand from Ben’s Meats)
  • 1 Package of Dinner Rolls (I used the Care brand from Ben’s Meats)
  • 12 slices of Provolone Cheese
  • 1 Jar of Marinara Sauce

Topping:

  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F
  2. Pepare the chicken strips according to the package.
  3. While the chicken is getting prepared make your buns ready by placing them in a casserole dish and adding a slice of cheese to the bottom of each bun.
  4. Melt the cheese on the bottom bun (leaving the top of the buns off) by putting in the over for a few minutes.
  5. Once chicken is cooked put a generous amount of marinara sauce atop the cheese, then add the chicken, then more marinara sauce, then add the rest of the cheese atop that before topping it with the top of the bun.
  6. Now melt your butter and add the garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
  7. Spoon the butter mixture on top of your buns and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Put the buns in the oven for approximately 15min (time may vary depending on your oven) until the top is browned and cheese melted.
  9. Pull out of oven and serve!
