Prep Time: 10 Min Cook Time: 10 Min Total Time: 20 Min
Ingredients:
- 2 Pieces of Bacon (I used double smoked bacon from Bens Meats)
- 1 Slice of Gouda Cheese (From Bens Meats)
- 1 Tablespoon of Butter
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Eggs
- English Muffin (I used the Udis brand from Bens Meats)
Directions:
- Put your english muffin in the toaster and toast to preference.
- Cook your bacon with preferred method. (I used a microwave bacon rack to cook mine but you can easily do in a pan too)
- Now scramble an egg and season it to your preference. Now to make a perfect shape to put on your english muffin find a smaller bowl where the bottom of the bowl is around the same size as your english muffin. Then put the egg inside the bowl and microwave for about 60 Seconds.
- Once everything is cooked butter your english muffin and assemble all the pieces, topping your egg and bacon with the gouda slice.
- Serve!
Notes:
- To make your sandwich more custom to you add sauces to spruce it up!
Storing:
- You can make these in advance and store them in the fridge or freezer just make sure to wrap in tinfoil and store in an air tight container.
